Our Policies
Automatic Subscription Renewal Policy
Automatic renewal: Payment is processed every 30 days. **
Format: Small group classes with a maximum of 6 participants.
Flexibility: You must use the classes within 30 days before the new cycle.
**Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same billing date. The amount will be charged to your registered payment method unless you cancel your subscription at least three days before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Refund Policy
No cash or credit card refunds are issued. In the event of subscription cancellations, approved changes, or cancellations made after the requested deadline (less than three days before automatic renewal), the corresponding amount will be applied exclusively as in-store credit, valid for future reservations or in-studio purchases.
This credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
